Starting the course

I arrived in Paphos already at Friday night, so I had almost two whole days for sight-seeing and sunbathing before the course started with a nice meze meal in the Mandra Tavern on Sunday evening.

On Monday morning we had to wake up too early and a warm green bus took us to the course centre at 8.30 a.m. So, we finally started studying Web 2.0 tools. Unfortunately I had lots of problems with the laptop and wasn't really able to do anything before 11 a.m. However, I managed to stay almost calm and finally everything went ok :) We made our own blogs and studied using different tools in blogger.com. Also, we learnt to use prezi.com and made wonderful presentations of our educational systems. I wrote down good instructions, so I should be able to use prezi with my students in the autumn.
